Exercise is extremely beneficial and your asthma should not be holding you back. Just remember to exercise safely:
- Manage your asthma well to ensure optimum control
- Don’t skip the warm-up
- Gradually increase the amount of exercise that you do
- Ensure that you have your reliever with you
- Tell others about your asthma
- Check the weather forecast and take precautions
- Warm down
